The Seattle Business Architecture Community (SBAC) is pleased to host a special workshop on business model design and innovation facilitated by Carl Zuhl of Business Models Inc.!

Space is limited for this special event so register now to reserve your seat!

Background: We live in a time where little is predictable. Organizations must continuously innovate their business model in order to stay relevant and profitable. This impacts the Business Architect's job-to-be-done. Using design thinking, you will learn new tools, skills and mindset to create business innovation and strategy that creates, delivers and captures value.

Workshop: The session will consist of lecture and hands on collaboration using a visual design tool. You will work through the mechanics of a current and future state business model with a keen eye on capabilities. This will lay the foundation for discussions on business model / business architecture mapping at future meetups.
